This portion of the meeting is reserved for neighbors to briefly raise community concerns or share announcements relevant to East Atlanta. Speakers will have 1-2 minutes to make a quick announcement or flag an issue they believe the community should be aware of. This is not intended to be an open-ended discussion period, and follow-up conversation may be limited or moderated at the President’s discretion based on available time. If a topic requires deeper discussion, it may be tabled for a future meeting or referred to the appropriate committee.
We are trying this as an experiment to give neighbors a chance to raise issues while still keeping the meeting moving, so please keep remarks concise and be respectful of everyone’s time. Email President@eaca.net the weekend before the EACA Meeting to be considered for addition to the agenda.
