Music Summer Camp

By Ellie Cantkier
In Tune Studio is happy to introduce their 2012 summer camps! If you are looking for a creative and fun outlet for your child this summer, they can help. With a low student-to-teacher ratio and small camp sizes, they offer kids a great opportunity to be introduced to the world of music and learn new skills, all the while having a blast.
All camps are hands-on and incorporate multiple elements, including guided study of an instrument, group activities, and music themed arts & crafts. With the added bonus of being located directly across from Grant Park, they are also able to utilize a great out door space for free play time during most camp days. For full camp session descriptions, pricing (and discounted rates), please visit their website at www.intunestudioatlanta.com.

In Tune Studio was started in 2009 by Atlanta-based musician Amy Lashley. Initially the studio consisted of just Amy, operating private lessons out of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Grant Park, ANCS Middle School, and an aspiring arts center. As her client base grew she saw a need to move to bring on board more instructors, as well as find a more permanent space. In the early part of 2011 the In Tune team relocated to their current location, 753 Cherokee Avenue, directly across from Zoo Atlanta.
