15th Annual East Atlanta Craft Beer Festival Returns

By Carlen Ruth Hultgren
The 15th Annual East Atlanta Craft Beer Festival returns to the Village on May 19, once again under the majestic oaks and maples of East Atlanta’s Brownwood Park. This year’s popular festival will feature a sampling of more than 200 craft beers. All ticketholders receive a souvenir tasting glass, and VIP ticketholders receive early entry and a bevy of special and limited edition beers to sample. There will be food trucks/vendors and great music, too. Since 2004, the East Atlanta Foundation has returned ALL proceeds from this 100 % volunteer-created and volunteer-staffed event to local organizations and projects that make East Atlanta a great place to live.
VIP Admission includes early entry to the festival beginning at 12:00pm (one hour earlier than General Admission). You’ll receive a wristband, a tasting glass, and access to 200 plus beers. You will also have access to the VIP area, at least 12 specialty beers only available to VIPs, and VIP bathrooms. The cost is $80, available only while tickets last. General Admission entry runs from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, and includes a wristband, a tasting glass, and access to 200 plus beers. The cost is $60. All admissions are ages 21 and over.
The festival has generously offered a special discount promo code available to Porch Press readers: PORCHPRESSREADER. Use this code when purchasing your tickets online only.
