Have you ever wondered about the best way to take care of your family’s documents, books, photographs, and scrapbooks? On Saturday, October 17 at 2:00pm at the East Atlanta Library, you can learn how to protect your treasures for future generations. The class will be part presentation and part show-and-tell, so please bring one or two items to share with the class so that we can discuss different formats and best preservation practices. Traci JoLeigh Drummond, archivist for the Southern Labor Archives at Georgia State University, will lead the workshop. It’s not too late to sign up. Spaces are limited.
