Living History Soldiers Invade East Atlanta for the annual commemoration of the Battle of Atlanta. Members of the Georgia Armory Guards arrive at the McPherson Monument for the wreath laying ceremony. General McPherson is the highest ranking U.S. officer ever killed in battle and died at this site. Plans to restore the monument will be unveiled during this year’s BATL.
