The applicant seeks a rezoning from R-4 to NC-3 (meant to be NC-2) for implementation of a container restaurant concept. LUZ Result: Motion to Deny until all technical errors are corrected and the application is resubmitted (Tied to CDP-25-7). The motion to deny passed 16 In Favor, 2 Opposed with 4 Abstentions.
