Boulevard Redesign: https://atldot.atlantaga.gov/projects/south-boulevard-complete-street. 2 flashing pedestrian signals to be installed on Boulevard this year, one near Sydney and one near Delmar; work is delayed due to contractor negotiation. Project is already funded, $1.95 million from the Councilmembers’ budget, plus $1.3 million from the Capital Improvement Element (CIE) 2022 cycle. An additional $1.8 million from a public vote in May through TSPLOST, if passed, would afford additional contingencies (such as raised crosswalks).
