One of the perks for families who are members at the East Lake YMCA is Parent Night Out offered for free for ages 5 to 12. Of course, membership fees at the YMCA are arranged on a sliding scale so that everyone in the community might be able to join. What the Night-Out means is that Parents can have a “date night” or just some relaxation while the kids hunt for 1,000 eggs at an Easter Egg Hunt IN THE POOL! Besides that, there will be burgers, games, crafts, movies and more.
This event will be on Saturday, April 15 between 6:00pm and 10:00pm. The only thing kids will need to bring is a swimsuit, towel, and a change of clothes or pajamas to be ready to go home for bed. The nights out are scheduled for several times a year. In the past, this has proven to be a very popular event. Slots will be limited for the April Night Out and as in the past will fill up fast.
