The East Atlanta Library had a party on Saturday, July 30 to celebrate the end of their summer reading program. Kids age 3 and up blew all previous summer reading records out of the water! Over 200 kids turned in a completed reading log! Because the kids reached their goal, they got to throw a pie at children’s librarian Oscar Gittemeier. Oscar was covered from head to toe with shaving cream when the kids got finished with him.
