What a pleasure it is to drive on newly laid asphalt on our neighborhood streets. Recently Robinson Street and Mead Street were repaved on both the east side and west side of Boulevard in Grant Park. Flat Shoals Avenue south of Glenwood Avenue in the East Atlanta Village has fresh asphalt too. Even Sydney Street north of Grant Park is still smooth after being repaved several months ago.
I like to take my foot off the gas and just let my vehicle glide along the nice smooth roadway. It’s such a pleasure to feel the fresh even asphalt under my wheels. I look forward to more streets getting new paving.
