The East Atlanta Village Farmer’s Market (EAVFM) is pleased to announce it will once again host the annual Giving Thanks Potluck for the season, Thursday November 17, 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Everyone is invited. Bring a dish, drink, or dessert, to share; bring friends, family, or simply yourself. There will be extra tables and chairs, plenty of food, and a firepit to gather around for warmth and conversation. Neighborhood friend and entrepreneur, Q, is back to set up the EATAVISION screen for a movie that night with Garfield’s Thanksgiving.
Vendors will be selling their usual wares from 4:00pm to 6:00pm after which the party and food begin. Knock out some of your holiday shopping or grab a gift for the host of your next holiday gathering. Four Bellies Farm is doing a pre-order and pick-up for their turkeys at this market. Just in time to defrost or brine for dinner the following week.

Produce highlights this month include Georgia apples and cider, Georgia satsumas, carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, herbs, turnips, kale, collards, lettuce, mushrooms, sweet and spicy peppers, eggplant, radishes, bok choy, and garlic.
Come down to the Farmers Market this month, for the best in local fresh produce, food, and treats. Join your neighbors and friends from this year’s EAVFM, for a wonderful meal to celebrate a great season, and the great neighborhood that is East Atlanta Village.
