2nd Annual Benteen Park Fall Fest Returns on October 26

By Joshua D. Lorenz & David Clifford

The South Atlantans for Neighborhood Development (SAND) is proud to announce the second annual Benteen Park Fall Fest, being held this year on October 26 from 11:00am to 6:00pm at Benteen Park located at 1410 Cassanova Street.

Building on the success of last year’s event, the Benteen Park Fall Fest promises to be a day filled with community spirit, creativity, and fun for all ages. The festival will feature a wide range of activities, including the return of the Halloween costume contest for both kids and adults. Attendees can look forward to an array of local food vendors, live music, and a vibrant marketplace showcasing the talents of Atlanta-area artists and artisans.

As we count down to this exciting event, we are actively seeking volunteers to join the festival planning committee, as well as sponsors, market artists and food vendors to enhance the festival experience. This community-driven festival aims to foster unity, creativity, and local support.

Since 2021, SAND has reinvested nearly $30,000 in our community with proceeds from our neighborhood festivals. Proceeds from the festival will go towards Benteen Park improvements and be reinvested in the community. Thank you for your support!
