Call to order
Welcome new residents and guests
7:35pm – introduce SAND Governing Board
New business (vote), election of officers and positions for 2018 Officers (passes unanimous): President – Nathan Clubb, Vice President – Rachel Ezzo, Secretary – Josh Lorenz, Treasurer- Cole Smith
Committee reps (passes unanimous): Social- open, Beautification- open, Public Safety- open, Land Use and Zoning – Fred Smith, Transportation – open, Webmaster – Geoffrey Fortier, Communications – Rachel Ezzo, Trolleys – Melissa Wakamo
Discussion of NPU reps and who appoints them and what the purpose, review of the NPU bylaws.
NPU Reps (passes unanimous): Fred Smith, Joshua Lorenz, Clara Green, Lauren Clayton, Dean Handley, Mike Snyder, Ron Lall, Rod Lee
Committee Updates
Zone 6 update: 1007 Gilbert break suspect has been identified and they are looking for him. City/State/School/Other Elected Officials
Beautification: Neighborhood signs – adding signs to the neighborhoods large signs to indicate that people have joined the neighborhood.
Communication: Give your email address so you can get the email blast. Yard signs for meeting notices.
Transportation:  Faith Avenue/Bill Kennedy intersection –  more traffic; will reach out to Carla Smith. TAD discussion.
Treasurer: Monthly Treasurer report – see attached; Amazon Smile/ Kroger Rewards. Be sure to renew your membership for 2018.
Approval of November meeting minutes (vote) – passed unanimously.
