City/State/School/Other Elected Officials (5 minutes): Carla Smith, the District 1 representative on the Atlanta City Council, announced her retirement. Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms announced last week that she will not being seeking reelection in November.
Beautification (5 minutes): Update from Working Group on future of Red’s Farm. Working on creating environmental easements to protect the land in perpetuity. Intrenchment Creek Clean up Meeting with City Department of Watershed on Friday, May 14 at 9:30am along the Woodland Avenue bridge.

Public Safety (5 minutes): Atlanta City Council Members Natalyn Archibong and Carla Smith Hosting COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic. Saturday, May 22 from 9AM-5PM at Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church, 1879 Glenwood Avenue SE. The vaccines are available for individuals 16 years of age and older. The Pfizer vaccine will be offered during the clinics with the second dose administered May 22. The hours of 9:00am-11:00am will be reserved for seniors 55 years and older to get vaccinated. Atlanta Policing Alternatives & Diversion Initiative (PAD) – Can access via calling 311. Advised for those in distress that might have issues with mental health and/or substance abuse.
