Run with the Wolves (RWTW) has drawn up to 650 runners and walkers in previous years. It’s an enjoyable and healthy community activity for students, families, neighbors, avid runners, and new runners and walkers.
“We are very grateful for the continued support of our sponsors,” says Sarah Steely, sponsorship coordinator for the 2016 RWTW, “all of whom are returning for at least their second year, with the vast majority returning for the third time! We truly appreciate their help promoting healthy, active living and supporting this positive community event.”
The event’s 2016 sponsors include: CrossFit Downtown Atlanta, The Shed, Dance 411, FitWit, Adams Realtors/Mary Kathryn Kaye, Zifty, Red Robin Realtors, Framed Glenwood Eyecare and Glasses, My Friend’s Growler Shop, Strong4Life, Bennett’s Market and Deli, Insideout Architecture, The Body Well, Honeysuckle Gelato, and Publix.
The committee is still actively seeking sponsors. Interested individuals and businesses should contact Steely at, or visit for more information. Proceeds from the 5K and 1 Mile benefit the Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School PTCA.
Parking around the middle school on race day is limited. Participants are encouraged to carpool, walk, or bike to the race if possible. While street parking is available, organizers ask that everyone be courteous of fellow runners and neighbors and follow all city parking laws. Please park on the right side of the road.
