General restoration continues at the APC headquarters, the c. 1856 L.P. Grant Mansion, including in-kind repairs to the original stucco. Working with Landmark Preservation, the APC performed multiple test samples to identify a stucco repair material compatible in color, texture, and composition with the original. Nathan with Landmark Preservation was back at the L.P. Grant Mansion this week continuing stucco repairs.
