On Saturday, April 15, discover the hidden blooms and tunes of East Atlanta on the second annual Pushing Up Daisies Garden Tour.
This combination garden tour and concert will showcase neighborhood gardens and introduce visitors to the historic Sylvester Cemetery, which has been rescued by a dedicated group of volunteers.
Tour the gardens and the cemetery in the morning from 11:00am to 3:00pm, then pull up your lawn chair or blanket for a lively afternoon of bands among the tombstones from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Enjoy food and drink at the cemetery all day.
Presented by the East Atlanta Strut, Pushing Up Daisies is a benefit for the Historic Sylvester Cemetery Foundation. A combo ticket for both events is $20, or head straight to the music for $10. For more info and to preorder tickets, go to eastatlantastrut.com.
