Namaste! Farm yoga is starting up again at your neighborhood farm, and they’re super exited to be partnering with {sacred} thread Yoga. If you’ve ever thought that it would be amazing to practice under the trees with a light breeze playing across your face, come out on Sundays from 4:00pm-5:00pm. The class sets up out front by the community orchard. You can use your {sacred} thread class package, or pay only $10 cash to drop in. Spring also means strawberries! The farm’s strawberry rows are liberally dotted with gorgeous red jewels, and you are invited to come and pick. Sundays from 12:00pm to 4:00pm and Mondays 12:00pm-6:00pm are open for U-pick – bring your own bucket and harvest your own taste of spring for just $7 per pound.
Come out early for strawberries, stay around for yoga, and then have a sweet treat to reward yourself for all your hard work at the end of the day.
