Fitness Can Be Fun

By Jean Hallman
While trends come and go, physical fitness shouldn’t; it should be a lifestyle. But changing up our fitness routines can keep things interesting and more importantly, keep us moving. If your routine is feeling stale, check out the fitness marathon going on over at Dance 411 Studios this November 4 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, when it will host the third annual, Sunday Sampler Fitness Marathon.
Join the fun and try your hand at Zumba, Zumba Strong, Hip Hop Fit, and Naughty Fit Classes (Lap Fit, Pole Fit, and Twerk Fit). All classes are taught by qualified, experienced instructors. There will also be a live DJ and free giveaways at the fitness marathon, including a chance to win a free month fitness membership to Dance 411. Participants take five classes during the Sampler, to register to win.
Past fitness marathons have sold out and early registration is encouraged. Cost is $5 for studio members and $20 at the door. Early bird discount are available on the website, www.Dance411Studios.com.
“We love our students! Ages 18 to 60 plus fill our classes each week,” said Anggie Pope, Dance 411’s Program Director. “Burning calories while having fun is the key. You don’t even realize how much you’ve worked out until you look at your Fitbit!”
For additional information, please visit www.Dance411Studios.com or call Dance 411 Studios at 404-622-4110. Dance 411 is located at 475 Moreland Avenue. Registration for the event is open online at www.dance411sundaysampler.eventbrite.com.
