The East Atlanta Community Association’s (EACA) Beautification Committee is pleased to announce that the winner of the Beautification Gourd Birdhouse Raffle, held during the 14th annual STRUT festival, is Matt Donathan of East Atlanta. Congratulations, Matt!
The one-of-a-kind gourd birdhouse, grown and handcrafted by Douglasville, GA artist Denise Canfield with “Gourd Bless You” designs, was specifically designed for and donated to EACA’s Beautification STRUT raffle to help raise money for East Atlanta’s on-going beautification and enhancement efforts.
If your backyard birds missed out on their chance to win this birdhouse of all birdhouses, don’t worry. Artist Denise Canfield will be happy to create and personalize your very own.
Additionally, the EACA Beautification Committee and “Gourd Bless You” designs will team up again for the upcoming 2011 holiday season for another fundraiser selling personalized “Gourd Bless You” Christmas ornaments featuring the East Atlanta Village—EAV Logo. Proceeds from the EAV ornament sales will benefit EACA’s Beautification Committee.
