BATL Announces 2023 Tours

By Henry Bryant

BATL, the Battle of Atlanta Commemoration Organization, a nonprofit based in the neighborhoods located on the battlefield, has scheduled one tour each month for 2023.  There are three different walking tours that rotate with trained volunteer tour guides leading the tours. These take place in different areas of the 3- to 4-square-mile battlefield.

You may still have time to reserve the Atlanta Preservation Center’s Phoenix Flies BATL offering on March 19 at 2:00pm. This tour fills up fast, so you may have already missed it and reservations are definitely required. You can check online at www.atlantapreservationcenter.com/phoenix_flies You can also check out the many other free offerings for Phoenix Flies at this website.
