This is a photo of half of the automobile line for Covid Testing on Labor Day 2021 at Drew Charter School in the Upper School parking lot. The site was just off 2nd Avenue between Memorial Drive and Glenwood Avenue. Negative tests are being increasingly required by various employers and institutions. Reservations for tests at this location were available online but were not required. The testing facility by Priority Med was open to all in the community. Tests at this site were the rapid tests so that those with questions about exposure could get an answer quickly. A quick swab-swipe in each nostril was all it took – without even leaving the car.
