Transportation Update Bob Titus
Moreland/Glenwood intersection realignment project.
NPU transportation committee recommended that city create a new ordinance that the city require a traffic study for development projects.
Projects in queue for Atlanta regional commission.
Some of the projects approved for funding at the Federal and State level, but requiring City of Atlanta funding are:

$19 Beltline Glenwood to University Ave.
2.3M Glenwood Ave.
City needs to come up w $2m in matching funds

SAND makes recommendation to NPU-W which makes a recommendation to Zoning Review Board (ZRB) which makes a recommendation to City Council
Grant Park approved the proposal for rezoning for new site plan
NPU-W voted conditional approval of the site plan and rezoning contingent on Ed Gilgor seeing the site plan. A detailed site plan needs to go to Ed to approve before the ZRB meeting.
ZRB special hearing at Council Chambers (same night as NPU-W) 4/23.
SAND voted on several conditions on the site rezoning. What will be agreed upon between the developer and neighborhood leadership will be different slightly from what we saw at the March SAND meeting.
