Project is already funded, $1.95 million from the Councilmembers’ budget, plus $1.3 million from the Capital Improvement Element (CIE) 2022 cycle. An additional $1.8 million from a public vote in May through TSPLOST, if passed, would afford additional contingencies (such as raised crosswalks).
